Welcome to Host & Revel. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website hostandrevel.com and the Party HQ planning application (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.
You keep ownership of the content you put into the Service — your events, guest lists, notes, and other information ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, saving your event and sending the invitations you create).
You're responsible for Your Content, including making sure you have the right to share any guest information you enter and that you use it appropriately.

The Service lets you send invitations and reminders to people you choose. You're responsible for ensuring you have permission to contact those people and that your messages comply with applicable laws. You agree not to use the Service to send unsolicited bulk email.
The Service relies on third parties such as Supabase, Netlify, Resend, and the Google and Facebook sign-in providers. Your use of those features may also be subject to their terms. We're not responsible for third-party services we don't control.
We work hard to keep the Service reliable, but it's provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet every need. You use it at your own discretion and risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Host & Revel and its operators won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
We may modify or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
You can stop using the Service and delete your events at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Some provisions — like content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability — survive termination.
