Why we built it
Planning a party means juggling a dozen tools: a spreadsheet for the budget, your notes app for the guest list, texts for RSVPs, and a vague hope that you haven't forgotten anything. We thought hosting deserved better than scattered chaos.
So we built one calm, beautiful place that holds the whole party — who's coming, what it costs, which vendors are booked, and what still needs doing. No logins for your guests, no subscriptions, no clutter.
What Party HQ does
Party HQ is the heart of Host & Revel. It tracks your guest list and RSVPs, sends digital invitations, manages your budget down to the category, logs your vendors and deposits, and keeps a running to-do list with reminders. Guests RSVP through a simple shareable link — no account needed — and everything updates in real time.
